Why we exist

Nobody should need a building to look like a business.

Renting an office in Georgetown means a lease, a deposit, a fit-out, a light bill and somebody at the front desk — all of it before the office has earned you a single dollar.

Most businesses don’t need an office. They need an address that isn’t their house, a proper room for the two meetings a month that actually matter, and a business phone they can answer wherever the job takes them.

That is the whole of what we do. You take the part you need, by the hour or by the month, and leave the rest with us.

Book by the hour

Meeting room in Georgetown, by the hour.

Ten seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a projector and a whiteboard — and your guests greeted at reception by name.

Book it for an hour, a morning, or the whole day. We set the room up fifteen minutes before you arrive and reset it after you leave. Water and glasses on the table, and tea and coffee on the house.

A short walk from the High Court, the Deeds Registry and the commercial banks — so the meeting can happen on the same morning as everything else you came into town for.

About

Why we built this.

Getting a business off the ground in Guyana shouldn’t require a lease. Thousands of companies are registered here every year, and most of them start out run from a phone, a laptop and somebody’s front room — which works fine until a client asks where your office is.

The Business Loft is the part of an office you actually need, available by the hour or by the month. We’re a small operation on a street where business gets done, run by people you will meet. When something goes wrong you’ll speak to a person, not a ticket number.

Come and look at the room.

Fifteen minutes, no appointment. Or book it online right now and be sitting in it on Thursday.
